Powertarps offers several types of truck tarping systems: retractable tarps, rollover tarps and pull out tarps. How does Powertarps truck tarp systems work?Powertarps systems work by automating truck tarping solutions for different vehicle types including tippers, waste management and grain bins, spoil remover, road construction, landscaping materials and curtains for road transport. The main systems include: Retractable Tarps: Uses a dual cable system to retract and extend the tarp from front to back, operated by push-button controls from ground level or manually at driver height. Rollover Tarps: Roll from one side of the vehicle to the other with secure side sealing, available as electric or manual operation. Pull Out Tarps: Simple manual systems where the lightweight mesh tarp is manually pulled out and secured for smaller vehicles & loads. All systems are designed to eliminate climbing, improve safety, and ensure load compliance.
