What warranty do you give?

12 months warranty is given on all moving parts and components, except drive cables. 12 months warranty on tarpaulin material and workmanship. We cannot warrant windflap damage caused from the tarp not being wound out taught and tarpaulin wear and tear. We also can not cover against damage caused by rocks, loaders etc.

Which rib do you recommend?

Depending on the Truck and application we will recommend up to a 450mm Round rib,  ultimately it’s about having enough pitch for the water to run off and  allow for minimum wind flap. Please note that Wind flap is the major cause of premature tarp wear.

For our all weather systems we recommend a 60 degree skid, 300mm height and 150mm side drop. This will ensure that the tarps is fitted correctly and that the water runs right to the end of the bin and flows off correctly.

What is the difference between round ribs and square ribs?

Square ribs have been developed primarily for excavation and bulky products where there may be uneven loading. Round ribs are suitable for sand and gravel and waterproof applications.

Our all-weather round rib starts from the edge of the body and is flat across the top. This stops water from ponding on the side of the tarps.
